Fitelo Return & Refund Policy

At Fitelo, we strive to ensure that all our products reach you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a product in unsatisfactory condition, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Please note: Returns will not be accepted if there is no defect or issue with the product.

Eligible Reasons for Return

  • The product or packaging is damaged, leaking, tampered, or broken
  • You received a wrong product
  • The product is past its expiration date
  • The order is incomplete or items are missing

Ineligible Reasons for Return

  • Product has been opened, used, or altered
  • Original packaging is missing (including box, labels, etc.)
  • Return request is raised after 7 days of delivery
  • Damages or missing items reported after 7 days of delivery
  • Return request is due to non-manufacturing issues

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at store@fitelo.co within 7 days of delivery. Include your order ID and clear images of the issue.
  2. Review & Response: We will review and respond within 48 business hours.
  3. Resolution:
    • If approved, we may ask you to discard the product if unusable.
    • If reverse pick-up is unavailable, you may self-ship the product using a reliable courier. We will reimburse courier charges upon proof of shipment.
  4. Verification & Refund/Replacement:
    • Once the product is received and verified, we will process a refund or replacement.
    • Replacements are subject to stock availability.

Refund Policy

Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:

  • Returned products are found to be used, damaged, or tampered by the customer
  • The shipping address is non-serviceable
  • The customer fails to comply with the return policy

Refunds May Be Issued In The Following Cases:

  • The product ordered is out of stock
  • The provided shipping address is non-serviceable
  • Duplicate payment was made for the same order

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after confirmation.


Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order any time before it is dispatched by emailing us at store@fitelo.co.
  • Post-Dispatch: Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.
  • Refund Timeline: Canceled order refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
