Fitelo Return Policy

Return Window: Request a return within 7 days of delivery. Returns are not accepted if there is no defect or issue with the product.

Eligible Reasons for Return

  • Product or packaging is damaged, leaking, tampered, or broken
  • Wrong product received
  • Product is past its expiration date
  • Order is incomplete or items are missing

Ineligible Reasons for Return

  • Product has been opened, used, or altered
  • Original packaging (box, labels, etc.) is missing
  • Return request is raised after 7 days of delivery
  • Damages or missing items reported after 7 days
  • Return request is due to non-manufacturing issues

Return Process

  1. Contact Us
    Email: store@fitelo.co within 7 days of delivery.
    Include your Order ID and clear images of the issue.
  2. Review & Response
    We will review and respond within 48 business hours.
  3. Resolution
    If approved, we may ask you to discard the product if unusable.
    If reverse pick-up is unavailable, you may self-ship via a reliable courier. We will reimburse courier charges upon proof of shipment.
  4. Verification & Refund/Replacement
    Once received and verified, we will process a refund or replacement.
    Replacements are subject to stock availability.

Key Notes

  • Only defective, damaged, expired, wrong, or incomplete orders qualify for returns.
  • Keep the original packaging intact and raise the request within 7 days.
  • Self-shipping is acceptable if reverse pick-up isn’t supported; courier cost is reimbursable with proof.
  • Refund/Replacement happens only after product verification.
