Fitelo Return Policy
Return Window: Request a return within 7 days of delivery. Returns are not accepted if there is no defect or issue with the product.
Eligible Reasons for Return
- Product or packaging is damaged, leaking, tampered, or broken
 - Wrong product received
 - Product is past its expiration date
 - Order is incomplete or items are missing
 
Ineligible Reasons for Return
- Product has been opened, used, or altered
 - Original packaging (box, labels, etc.) is missing
 - Return request is raised after 7 days of delivery
 - Damages or missing items reported after 7 days
 - Return request is due to non-manufacturing issues

Include your Order ID and clear images of the issue. - 
        Review & Response
We will review and respond within 48 business hours. - 
        Resolution
If approved, we may ask you to discard the product if unusable.
If reverse pick-up is unavailable, you may self-ship via a reliable courier. We will reimburse courier charges upon proof of shipment. - 
        Verification & Refund/Replacement
Once received and verified, we will process a refund or replacement.
Replacements are subject to stock availability.

- Only defective, damaged, expired, wrong, or incomplete orders qualify for returns.
 - Keep the original packaging intact and raise the request within 7 days.
 - Self-shipping is acceptable if reverse pick-up isn’t supported; courier cost is reimbursable with proof.
 - Refund/Replacement happens only after product verification.
